Our Methods

  • HEATED MAT SCULPT

    Heated Mat Sculpt is a 45-minute low-impact, high-intensity workout in a studio heated to 90°F. Through slow, controlled movements, you'll create continuous muscle resistance to build strength, improve endurance, and sculpt your body—all while staying gentle on your joints. Expect to leave feeling stronger, energized, and empowered.

  • SCULPT 360

    Sculpt 360 is our signature blend of traditional mat sculpt and high-intensity movement in a heated 90°F studio. This 45-minute workout combines controlled sculpting with HIIT-style intervals to elevate your heart rate, build strength, and challenge your endurance through dynamic, intentional movement.

  • CORE & RESTORE

    Core & Restore is our 40-minute heated take on our classic mat sculpt, pairing intentional movement with a meditative, rhythmic soundtrack to strengthen and challenge the body. The class closes with a 5 minute moment of breathwork, meditation, and stillness to help you reset, restore, and reconnect.

  • CORE CARDIO SCULPT

    Core Cardio Sculpt is a 45-minute heated rhythmic-based sculpt class where music meets movement. Sculpt, sweat, and move to the beat through a full-body workout that feels more like a party on your mat, but yes, you’re definitely working out.

Private Sessions & Events

 We offer private and semi-private sessions tailored to your goals, as well as group bookings for birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate events, and other special occasions.
